Kondracki Group provides outsourced marketing and trade show management services for the packaging and processing industries. We’ve worked in packaging since 1994 as marketing and trade show managers for machinery manufacturers. It’s the only industry we play in. We work with clients on developing a marketing strategy for their specific business goals, objectives and budget. Then we execute that plan which includes everything from media planning, public relations, content plans and development, graphic design, social media, e-blasts and so on. Our show services include planning trade shows from top-to-bottom, serving as our client’s on-site show manager and providing pop-up displays to full turnkey exhibits.

Client Marketing Manager
Southeast Wisconsin

As Client Marketing Manager (CMM) you will provide ongoing strategic planning and marketing direction for select clients as well as serve as their primary Kondracki Group contact. This includes marketing strategy, tradeshow strategy and other higher level activities as required or desired by your select clients. You will become a virtual extension of your client’s team, depending on the level of involvement required. You will be expected to maintain a high level of knowledge of marketing best practices, packaging industry trends, client products/services and maintain strong relationships with packaging media.

As a CMM, you will be tasked with the following activities on a daily basis, or as-needed. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop marketing strategy for select group of clients
  • Develop overall marketing, content, advertising and social media plans 
  • Manage client marketing and tradeshow activites from a strategic level
  • Schecule, attend and lead client meetings and product training sessions
  • Work with internal Client Marketing Coordinator(s) on various content and media projects 
  • Ongoing competitive research and monitoring 
  • Develop media strategy and plan, including negotiations
  • Actively seek out PR opportunities with the packaging media 
  • Schedule and manage photo and video shoots as-needed 
  • Develop web site and SEO strategies as-needed 
  • Manage, analyze and report monthly activities to clients
  • Provide strategic direction and tradeshow management for clients as-needed. That can include but is not limited to development of overall show strategy, booth selection, pre-show promotion plans and booth messaging. In addition, coordination with client’s internal team, Kondracki Group internal team as well as outside vendors, as-needed.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar 
  • 6-8 years professional marketing management experience in a B2B environment 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail, but delegate as-needed 
  • Willingness to learn and take pride in your work 
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong degree of self-direction and motivation 
  • Creative thinker with strategic mindset and ability to generate new ideas, troubleshoot issues and solve problems 
  • Working knowledge of tradeshows with some show management experience 
  • Packaging or processing industry marketing experience is a bonus
