As a Client Strategy Advisor, you will serve as a partner with our Client Strategy team to manage account relationships in a highly consultative way. Your deep understanding and experience in marketing research will be essential to understand clients’ business strategy, objectives, challenges, and research needs and translate into effective research programs. You’ll help to ensure the clients understand the research insights and are able to disseminate the implications within their organization.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Partner with Client Strategy team to consult with clients and prospects to design research programs that meet their unique needs 
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with clients, both existing and new 
  • Use critical evaluation, creativity, and a solution-oriented mindset to interpret the client’s objectives and guide project requirements with team members. 
  • Translate the research findings into tangible implications and help to socialize them through report read-outs and presentations 
  • Partner with our Marketing team to develop products that resonate with clients in our key industries

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • 5 years of experience in marketing research required 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong presentation skills 
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Excellent analytical skills 
  • Some travel may be required

Qualifications:

  • You use curiosity to understand business challenges and creativity to design effective research programs 
  • You have done it before – extensive experience with both qualitative and quantitative methodologies while building and growing client relationships 
  • Strong consultation skills and a clear understanding of how research can help businesses succeed 
  • You are skilled at ‘storytelling’ – able to translate research results into insights that empower our clients to grow smarter 
  • You exhibit strong organizational skills and effectively manage personal timelines 
  • You thrive in a culture of two-way communication
