The RYTECH Client Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for overseeing new client transitions into ongoing work, being point of contact for specified clients (typically multi-service line), and ensuring project work (monthly, initial projects, and one time marketing projects) are completed to the clients' expectations, on budget, on time, and stick to an outlined scope. The CSM will use internal tools such as Monday.com, Slack, etc., to keep themselves & the team organized and on track.
We're seeking a well-organized, energetic, and curious individual to fill this role. Communication with clients is an essential part of the CSM's day-to-day role. Being able to fully understand client needs, why and how it will impact their business, and then communicating those pieces to the internal team at RYTECH will be essential for success. The CSM’s success will be measured by client retention, internal efficiencies, and client satisfaction.
