The RYTECH Client Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for overseeing new client transitions into ongoing work, being point of contact for specified clients (typically multi-service line), and ensuring project work (monthly, initial projects, and one time marketing projects) are completed to the clients' expectations, on budget, on time, and stick to an outlined scope. The CSM will use internal tools such as Monday.com, Slack, etc., to keep themselves & the team organized and on track.

We're seeking a well-organized, energetic, and curious individual to fill this role. Communication with clients is an essential part of the CSM's day-to-day role. Being able to fully understand client needs, why and how it will impact their business, and then communicating those pieces to the internal team at RYTECH will be essential for success. The CSM’s success will be measured by client retention, internal efficiencies, and client satisfaction. 

The CSM has three primary duties

1: Client Point of Contact

  • As-Needed (often weekly) updates to clients regarding ongoing work and progress
  • Lead weekly, bi-weekly, or as-needed client meetings while providing agendas beforehand to keep internal and external stakeholders accountable
  • Ensure clients understand ROI and value provided by RYTECH to achieve their business goals and objectives

2: Internal Project Management for Clients

  • Perform quality control of all client work, including deliverables and reporting
  • Understand RYTECH's unique selling propositions, relationship-first philosophy, and partner companies
  • Listen to client needs and goals, understand client scope-of-work and communicate deliverables to necessary internal team members
  • Learn and understand different client industry verticals to suggest more personalized solutions
  • Brainstorm with client service teams to deliver exceptional customer strategies

3: Service Line Shifts & Upsells

  • Identify and coordinate potential service line expansion or shifts in partnership with clients & business development team
  • Become an expert in digital marketing and educate potential clients on the use and benefits of RYTECH's services
  • Background in digital marketing/communications
  • Organized — detail oriented for clients & internal team members
  • Curious — about marketing, different industries, new business opportunities with current clients
  • Problem solver mentality — a willingness to find innovative solutions to complex problems will go a long way in this role
  • Experience with Google Analytics & Social Media platforms preferred
  • Familiar with G Suite products
  • Remote (Residency in Illinois or Wisconsin is required; in-person team meetings twice per quarter)
