Client Communications Support:

  • Create communications content and templates for clients and account teams; work hand in hand with them. 
  • Execute and deliver content as prescribed in communication plans. 
  • Facilitate internal and external communication inquiries and organize responses.

Technology and Education:

  • Work closely with internal partners to administer and apply client-facing technology to assist with communication needs. 
  • Assist in delivering internal education to staff (Account Executives, Client Service Representatives, and management) regarding communication tools and resources. 
  • Work closely with M3 staff partners to proactively communicate and achieve Client Communication goals and objectives.

Experience:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field from a four-year college or university preferred; OR 
  • 1-3 years experience in communications or insurance industry.

Preferred:

  • Graphic design capabilities preferred but not required.
