Communications Coordinator provides frontline communication support services for Human Resource Corporate Communications frontline activities. This may include, but is not limited to, preparing communication reports, posting or delivering communications, and coordinating administrative tasks required for frontline readiness activities. Responsibilities are typically executed within guidelines and minimal direction.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for frontline communication vehicles 
  • Coordinate communications necessary for the HR Corporate Communications Disaster Response Management Team including gathering notes and delivering communications created by Communication Managers 
  • Provide administrative support for the frontline communications intake process by tracking and closing out requests for tracking purposes 
  • Maintain the frontline communications SharePoint Site by archiving process, communication, and template documents 
  • Lead Huddle Hub processes for creating preview links, learning paths, and assigning lessons to channels and markets based on pre-defined workflow direction 
  • Develop and distribute approved frontline communication metric reporting 
  • Maintains confidential information and proprietary reports 
  • Lead the administration of frontline communication vehicles by setting up WebEx, or other approved tools, ensuring invites and logistics are both timely and accurate 
  • Complete special projects and perform other duties as assigned by leader and the HR department

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred 
  • 3+ years of administrative or coordination experience 
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint; experience with web and videoconferencing tools/applications 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a variety of people at all levels in the organization 
  • Ability to work on parallel tasks in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and coordinate work assignments to meet requirements and deadlines with limited supervision 
  • Flexible and collaborative; effectively works in a team environment with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in supporting remote teams and/or leaders preferred 
  • Proficiency in document management, including but not limited to version control and managing network files required: proficiency with document preparing for web posting preferred
