OVERVIEW:

Toro International Division is seeking a highly organized, proactive Marketing Communications/Graphic Design Intern to assist with the delivery and creation of marketing materials to customers worldwide. The focus of this internship will be split between management of the Advantage Sales Platform (sales app) and updating marketing materials for the International business.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Audit content and conduct user experience testing for the Advantage Platform 
  • Assist in the maintenance of the digital asset management system 
  • Gather and organize analytic data from the Advantage Platform 
  • Assist with support functions and after-production activities; posting files to web, following up with customers, sending files for local production. 
  • Design and update international equipment and irrigation materials; sell sheets, brochures, catalogs, etc.
  • Prepare files for translation, manage translation and review process through 3rd party vendor 
  • Work within Toro brand standards

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Working towards a degree in Communications, Graphic Design, or similar field 
  • Experience working in an application digital asset management system a plus 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
