How You’ll Help Us Connect the World

As a Communications Intern, you will be responsible for supporting CommScope’s employee communications strategies to help execute our business strategy.

As part of the Employee Communications function, and within the Corporate Strategy, Brand & Communications department, you will work closely with the Employee Communications team to inform, align and inspire employees. This role will be based in Lisle, Illinois.

You Will Make an Impact By

  • Implementing employee communication strategies, plans, and programs that establish an understanding of CommScope’s vision and strategic direction 
  • Helping drive transformation and develop our brand and culture through memorable, engaging communications 
  • Researching, writing, editing and publishing news articles and other communications

Required Qualifications for Consideration

  • Junior or Senior standing in a BS, BA or master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or Journalism from an accredited university 
  • Proven strong academic performer with a minimum GPA of 3.0 
  • Ability to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future 
  • Strong writing and editing skills and able to provide writing samples during the interview process
