Communications Manager

This position is responsible for the design and implementation of internal communications strategies that support Faith’s business priorities and initiatives. The corporate communications manager works with leaders and subject matter experts to provide communications insight and direction on the channels and messages needed to inform, engage, and motivate employees.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build relationships across the business in order to learn about all areas of the business and promote the most important, relevant, and engaging content. 
• Create and execute strategic employee communications plans to support business priorities and initiatives, and are culturally resonant and consistent with Faith’s brand. 
• Manage and improve internal communications channels, including company newsletter, employee portal, M3 (leader-led town hall style meetings), leader Q&A, and other channels that currently exist or may be created. 
• Process and prioritize requests for internal communications support and execute internal communications plans to reach desired objectives. 
• Serve as company resource for all company-wide internal communications to ensure messages are audience appropriate, accurate, timely, succinct and clear. 
• Implement measurement tools and metrics to ensure that internal communication efforts build meaningful engagement and meet/exceed targets. Reevaluate plans regularly to check progress. 
• Continually seek out and learn about best practices to make a positive impact on the direction of communications within Faith Technologies. 
• Commit to the company’s vision, mission, and core ideology to consistently demonstrate our core values. 
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned. 
• Actively participates in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor Degree in Communication Journalism or Public Relations
• Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in internal, organizational, or employee communications
• Travel: 5-10%
• Work Schedule: Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday; However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
