The Twin Cities Orthopedics (TCO) Communication Specialist will be responsible for supporting and implementing the organization’s overall internal communications strategy in partnership with TCO’s Chief of Staff. The goal of this work is to provide tools and resources to empower employees across the organization to stay up to date and feel informed about the company’s strategic initiatives and operational projects. This person will work alongside leaders across various departments to support strategic communication needs. As an evolving role, this person will also partner with the marketing team to execute projects and deliverables.
As a part of the internal communications strategy, the Communication Specialist will also partner with the leaders of the ‘Be The Difference’ (BTD) program to support communication efforts focused on company culture.
Additionally, this role will support brand and communication efforts for Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health) & Revo Health in partnership with TCO’s Chief Marketing Officer. (Note: TCO is an operating division of i-Health. Revo Health is TCO’s management service organization.)
The ideal Communication Specialist candidate will be a skilled storyteller with strong interpersonal skills, a knack for simplifying complex topics, and a passion for creating experiences. The role will continue to build on a strong culture of collaboration with a primary focus in creating experiences that engage, connect, and inspire the community of employees. The ideal candidate also has impeccable communication skills and can confidently interact with internal colleagues and external stakeholders to think strategically, answer questions, solve problems, provide support, and build relationships.
