We are looking for a talented digital marketing professional to manage our various community outreach programs alongside our social media team. The purpose of this role is to develop, execute, and measure the success of marketing and public relations activations on both a national and local level. The community relations manager will act as the primary resource for all corporate community outreach initiatives. It is extremely important that this person has experience spear-heading projects that involve multiple departments.

This role will report to and work closely with the Social Media Manager to highlight current and future community outreach programs on social media, as well as develop relationships with social media influencers and local ambassadors in different communities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, advertising, or public relations 
  • 3-5 years of corporate marketing or public relations experience 
  • Experience developing and implementing company-sponsored community initiatives 
  • Experience developing and implementing processes to track and measure program impact 
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing new processes, executing short & long terms goals involving multiple departments 
  • Develop Analytics Reports for each engagement team to maintain performance and measure success 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media management platforms (Ex: Khoros or Sprout) 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Willing to work non-traditional hours during major campaign launches to ensure success across all platforms 
  • Availability to travel for program launches or corporate-sponsored events
