The Marketing Communications & Content Manager will be the dedicated resource supporting our technology and data solutions leaders. This person will build awareness and help educate employees and clients through content creation and distribution across a variety of new and traditional channels, including website content, sales enablement materials and executive presentation support. In partnership with members of the global marketing, communications and research team, this role will develop and execute stakeholder engagement and adoption strategies that support all phases of the marketing funnel.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with digital marketing, content, brand, PR, change management and employee communication colleagues to develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for client technology solutions 
  • Partner with marketing account managers, change management and employee communication colleagues to build internal awareness and drive adoption of new PropTech offerings 
  • Provide executive communication support for the CIO and Chief Digital Officer 
  • Align technology thought leadership with Cushman & Wakefield’s global content strategy 
  • Develop baseline sales collateral that articulates and differentiates Cushman & Wakefield’s technology solutions 
  • Coordinate with business leaders to identify opportunities, or gaps, with respect to tech platform to increase understanding and effective use of C&W's technology tools 
  • Develop and execute marketing and communications strategy in line with business and Global Technology & Data Solutions priorities 
  • Coordinate efforts of a project team to complete work within project deadlines 
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of C&W’s technology offerings and the property tech industry, including key trends, to enhance C&W's position as a leader and differentiate C&W's offering to internal and external stakeholders 
  • Performs other related duties as required or requested
  • 5-7+ years of experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Background in leading marketing and communications projects within a corporate organization 
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills 
  • Experience serving as primary marketing leader for a business unit, organization or group 
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Experience with email marketing and communications platform 
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite 
  • Ability to interface with and communicate with clients
