Content Creator
Southeast Wisconsin
Waukesha, WI

We are looking for a Marketing Content Creator to join our in-house Marketing team. This full-time position will work closely with the Director of Marketing to assist in day-to-day activities for both the Sales and Marketing departments and in the execution of the company’s marketing and communication strategy. We work across a variety of different brands so being organized and critical in your thinking is essential. In this role, you will wear multiple hats – content creator, strategist, executer. No job too big and no job too small.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Director of Marketing to execute on identified Marketing Strategy across all platforms. 
  • Main content creator for communications across all channels, in all forms, including but not limited to the following: Email, Advertising, Sales enablement tools, Blog posts and white papers, Continuing education content and presentations, Social media 
  • Translate product features and industry information into the language of customer value. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams – product, engineering, sales, customer fulfillment, HR creating effective communications. 
  • Ability to manage and handle both day-to-day tactical programs and develop and oversee long-term strategies. 
  • Work in collaboration with the Director of Marketing to develop and refine brand standards for new acquisitions as they fit into our portfolio of companies, including logo creation/adoption, brand voice, brand standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar or related field x
  • Bachelors’ Degree in Marketing, Communication, Design (or related field) or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Marketing experience in business to business, industrial, manufacturing, or a highly technical industry is preferred
  • Experience in marketing through various sales channels is desired
  • Experience in CRM and marketing automation platform desired, but not required, specifically Dynamics365/ClickDimensions


Annual Salary Potential: $50,000 - $80,000 - based on experience.
