Top candidates will have 3-4 years of professional experience working in a creative environment and confidence contributing as conceptual thinker, editor, videographer, motion graphic artist, photographer and sometimes director. Must demonstrate ability to articulate creative vision, be able to run their own video or photo shoot and be proficient in Premiere Pro. Knowledge of After Effects, color-correction and AVID are nice to have.
