RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
You’ll lead multiple client initiatives related to content marketing, from the initial brainstorming to the execution of content marketing campaigns:
Content Marketing
- Help with the strategy and execution of content marketing initiatives, including various tactics such as web-based, email, social, direct mail, and other channels that align with a client’s business objectives
- Develop and manage content and editorial calendars for each client account
- Collaborate with designers and web developers to bring content to life
- Write short-form and long-form copy, as well as edit/proofread content
- Plan and develop user journeys throughout multiple marketing channels
- Optimize digital content with keyword research, on-page SEO, and PPC
- Apply best practices in the management of email marketing campaigns
- Partner with the full team in the development of copy and creative for all campaigns
- Exercise your knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems for the most efficient and effective campaign execution
- Analyze and report on content performance using tools like Google Analytics
- Identify key content marketing KPIs as well as report the data in story form
Social Media Management
- Manage client accounts and create content for paid and organic social media channels
- Develop social media strategies that level up to a client’s business objectives
- Lead client social media workshops and training efforts, when necessary
- Report on specific social media KPIs and provide ongoing recommendations
Business Strategy & Market Research
- Help Lead or partner with the marketing strategist on market and business research, such as brand positioning, competitive analysis, and influencer identification
- Help Lead the development of brand positioning recommendations
- Develop brand story documentation to drive future branding and marketing initiatives
