We’re growing at Premier Medical Staffing Services and we need your help! We have a new position at our Corporate Office for a top performing Content Marketing Coordinator with a passion for storytelling and high interest in being exposed to various marketing activities. A positive, pro-active, helpful attitude and critical thinking skills are essential to this position’s success. The Content Marketing Coordinator will report to the Marketing Manager and work with the Marketing Team to exceed results. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position at our Corporate Office in West Allis, WI.   • Gather insight for content through research, interviews, and analysis of competition and industry
  • Assist in planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including offline, email, social media, and website
  • Collaborate with Marketing Coordinator on creation of social media content calendar and engagement
  • Assist in developing a media calendar
  • Collaborate with Marketing Coordinator on creation of marketing collateral (e.g. infographics, whitepapers, case studies, flyers)
  • Create lead generating video storyboards, descriptions, and captions with Marketing Team
  • Research keywords and create effective content strategy that drives relevant traffic
  • Maintain website standards
  • Collaborate with in-house subject matter experts, Marketing Team, and/or Sales Team during content creation process
  • 20% approx. travel to events, employee engagement events, and on-site interviews
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • Creation of content for search engines, lead generation, and customer interaction and engagement
  • Creation of lead generating content for digital advertising in Google, Bing, and Facebook
  • Minimum 2 years of experience developing content for digital channels
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in paid search advertising
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Intermediate proficiency with Google Analytics / Google Search Console
  • Intermediate proficiency with WordPress
  • Advanced proficiency with MailChimp
  • Intermediate proficiency with Keyword research tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter
  • Solid interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of personalities and expertise levels
  • Salary Range: $40,000 to $50,000
