Position Responsibilities Include:

  • Produces high quality content that is relevant to specific business segments including vertical markets, buyer personas, and stages along the customer journey. 
  • Plans, writes, edits, and distributes content marketing materials, including online content (web pages, blog and social media posts) and offline content (product fact sheets, brochures, case studies, newsletter articles and print advertising). 
  • Assists with graphic design elements (designing, formatting and updating) associated with the content delivery process of print/offline materials. 
  • Works cross-functionally with marketing, sales, engineering and other departments to develop compelling content. 
  • Performs the daily management of all company social media accounts, generating posts on a regular basis from a corporate level and posting as requested from across the company.

  • Must possess excellent communication skills and creative thinking ability 
  • Works well with others, takes direction, and contributes to positive initiatives 
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines to effectively prioritize and balance work assignments to meet deadlines 
  • Great written, proofreading, and editing skills 
  • Drive to grow customer base and sales 
  • Working knowledge in analytics and engagement metrics 
  • Drive to stay abreast of emerging digital marketing/email tech, best practices, and trends 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred or two years of related work experience 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe creative Suite 
  • Working knowledge of Wordpress CMS, Marketo/HubSpot, or other marketing automation and blogging software 
  • Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus 
  • Ability to travel for conferences and trade shows
