This role is critical in shaping and safeguarding the voice of the bank across all client-facing materials. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and editor with experience managing cross-functional content projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, and upholding both brand and client-specific standards.
This person will be responsible for managing the content production process from project scoping through final approval, serving as the gatekeeper for all outbound content. You'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, legal, compliance, and client service teams to ensure all communications meet style, accuracy, and approval standards.
