Content Marketing Manager
Southeast Wisconsin
Milwaukee, WI

MPE is seeking an experienced content marketing manager to develop and implement content marketing and distribution strategies to support our newly developed brand narrative and positioning. This individual will be critical to our strategy as we begin to amplify our brand and condition the market to think differently about capital equipment medical device design and development. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this individual is comfortable translating technical, complex concepts into compelling, on-brand content.

  • Demonstrate an advanced understanding of digital content strategies, how to create content to meet user and business needs, and how to structure content programs to drive business outcomes
  • Operationalize the MPE brand voice through development and execution of content strategy in support of company awareness and demand generation initiatives 
  • Establish content development processes, workflows and distribution strategies to support multiple initiatives 
  • Work closely with subject matter and stakeholder groups to create effective, simple, and digestible content that clearly and consistently articulates our expertise, our customers’ pain points, and our new brand narrative and positioning 
  • Assist in designing and writing content for a brand new website based on our new narrative and positioning, while consolidating the portfolio of capabilities from recently acquired companies 
  • Create and manage marketing communications calendar, managing vendors and internal resources as needed to meet deadlines 
  • Cultivate a results-oriented, innovative, and data-driven content practice that’s both resourceful and effective. 
  • Develop sales and marketing collateral such as case studies, blog posts, whitepapers/ebooks, website copy, press releases, award applications, key sales deck slides, thought leadership pieces, social media posts, marketing emails, sales talk tracks, and other marketing campaign assets as needed 
  • Other responsibilities as defined by the Director of Marketing
  • 3-5 years of experience as a content marketer, with hands-on experience with SEO, content distribution and metrics reporting 
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills and experience translating complex concepts into digestible content 
  • A collaborative attitude and ability to communicate and manage relationships with a variety of internal team stakeholders 
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms like Hubspot Results-driven with excellent prioritization skills, can quickly identify content opportunities that will drive the most business impact 
  • Strong attention to detail with good project management skills 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Journalism, or a relevant field preferred 
  • Experience in the MedTech industry a plus

The salary range is $75,000 - $90,000 based on experience.
