Content Marketing Manager
Chicago Illinois

This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing content to help build brand awareness and generate leads for sales team. The role will create & develop marketing content such as brochures, catalog pages, data sheets, press releases, customer success stories, newsletters, imagery, advertisements, web content, and other collateral to support marketing campaigns and sales enablement programs. The candidate should have a strong creative mind set with a deep technical knowledge of the latest tools and technology to deliver finished end products independently.

  • Create, write, edit, and design clear and compelling marketing content for various communication channels including print, digital, video, web, and social media 
  • Design templates and standard for literature, email, newsletters and other communications in collaboration with corporate brand marketing team 
  • Create and layout graphics, illustrations, imagery, and video for multi-channel campaigns, brand communications and sales enablement 
  • Coordinate with product marketing, marketing communications, sales and other stakeholders to define needs for product promotion and sales enablement 
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels, including online, email, mobile, video, and print 
  • Maintain and organize digital library and develop/comply with versioning process
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Design or related field 
  • 7 -10 years of experience in marketing communications or design 
  • Excellent written, verbal and proofreading skills and attention to detail 
  • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously 
  • Ability to work effectively on multiple deadline-orientated projects 
  • Ability to produce and present multiple creative solutions to given assignments 
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook required 
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) required 
  • Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in fast-paced environment


  • Relevant B2B technology marketing communication or design experience, primarily in telecommunication, technology, and/or start-up companies 
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and the ability to wear multiple hats with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality 
  • Understanding of aesthetics and design to convey effective messaging 
  • Experience in story boarding and messaging based on target audience
