The ideal candidate will develop, execute, and implement compelling, multichannel, bar-raising content strategies that drive engagement and support TransUnion’s position as an industry leader across its solutions-based brand families and U.S. vertical markets:
Solutions-based Brand Families: Fraud, Marketing & Audience, Risk Management, Customer-Driven Analytics, Consumer Engagement, Investigative, and Communications
U.S. Vertical Markets: Financial Services, Diversified Markets (Communications & Energy, Tech/Retail/E-Commerce, Services [Legal/Repo/Towing, SMB], Third-Party Collections, and Tenant & Employment Screening), Insurance, Public Sector, Media & Entertainment
The candidate must excel at working with cross-functional teams to develop content that speaks directly to our customers’ critical business issues and TransUnion’s differentiated value throughout all phases of the buyer journey. Collaborating with the Director of Content Marketing, he or she will own the content strategy of different assets in support of our integrated, multi-deliverable global campaigns, including thought leadership, consideration, and purchase-stage content.
