The Content Marketing Specialist will contribute to and execute the content marketing strategy and plan by implementing a comprehensive content delivery plan, including written, video and other forms of content. This could include whitepapers, webinars, videos, webpages, blogs posts, customer stories, social media posts, and other collateral as appropriate. Collaborate closely with the content strategists/leads, brand experience, and product marketing to define what content and what content delivery mechanism will drive brand and ultimately customer demand. Implement project management processes to ensure content timeframes and purpose are communicated to stakeholders. Closely work with GTM team to optimize content goals as they relate to leads and opportunities.


  • Execute the content marketing strategy and develop a robust project plan, insuring quality and timely completion. Actively promote and drive full utilization of commercial content across multiple channels, tactics, partners and properties 
  • Editing, proofing and posting of content (Adobe platform) 
  • Execute against the content marketing channel plan to build positive relationships, and contributed content from, top industry analysts, influencers and thought leaders to reinforce Deluxe as a credible, respected tech services provider. Such content should be proprietary to Deluxe whenever possible. 
  • Measure the consumption, engagement and conversion metrics of content and adjust as necessary to drive qualified leads

Basic Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelors and 2 years or HS/GED and 7 years

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors in Marketing, Communications or Journalism
  • Experience: 5+ in Marketing or project management
