Self Esteem Brands, LLC — the parent company of Anytime Fitness, LLC and Waxing The City, LLC, is seeking a Content Specialist who is a skilled digital content creator with experience in copywriting and storytelling. This position reports to the Director of CRM and Website Experience.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Generate content including, but not limited to: web, promotional campaigns, email, social media and video for our studio fitness brands: The Bar Method and Basecamp Fitness 
  • Create and implement social media calendars for The Bar Method and Basecamp Fitness 
  • Support our franchise community with suggested posts and monthly calendars 
  • Influence and implement a social media strategy that aligns with business goals 
  • Assist in the development of a content strategy for our studio fitness brands and work with channel owners to create guidelines around pubhlishing content 
  • Manage The Bar Method blog 
  • Research and analyze the external environment to curate and re-share existing content while keeping in mind market dynamics, trends, size, segmentation, customer needs, applicable and emerging content areas, and the competitive landscape

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, communications, creative writing, related field or equivalent training/experience 
  • 2-3 years in industry experience required 
  • Must be passionate about digital content creation, storytelling and social media 
  • Experience in executing against an established editorial calendar 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where the demands and directions of the work are constantly changing

  • Manage relationships and project work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure stakeholder satisfaction as well as on-time delivery of projects email campaigns
