We need an enthusiastic and highly organized Content Strategist to lead and execute the creation and distribution of digital content across our various channels that are designed to showcase our employer brand or deliver an optimal employee experience. This content will come to life on our career site, social media channels and even internal channels so we can engage and activate our employees around our initiatives.

In this role, you’ll leverage content to attract and nurture high-caliber talent and engage new hires early on to create a lasting impression. The ideal candidate needs strong writing, organizational and analytical skills and know how to apply data analytics to personalize and optimize content.

What you’ll do:

Let’s craft and tell great stories about our company, our culture and our people. We need someone with a strong work ethic who can lead, design, and maintain a variety of projects ranging from creative recruitment marketing campaigns to inspiring new hire communications. No two days are ever the same.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Designing and managing an effective content marketing strategy 
  • Creating and managing an editorial calendar 
  • Writing, editing and/or refining copy intended for multiple channels 
  • Managing our social media channels and communities 
  • Reviewing and reporting on analytics for campaigns, our career site and social media activities 
  • Optimizing and leveraging previously created content 
  • Collaborating with other teams, including Marketing, Internal Communications and others

In this role, you’ll collaborate and partner with the filmmaker-storyteller on our team to design compelling content for all of our channels.

Skills You Need:

  • Strong writing, storytelling and strategizing skills to be able to successfully create and manage projects that resonate with our different audiences 
  • Deep understanding of content marketing 
  • Ability to understand and empathize with our audience, our people – what motivates them, what makes them click, what gets them excited and what compels them to take action 
  • Knowledge of key creative/production processes across content, print, digital, experiential, etc. 
  • Ability to analyze the data and effectiveness of campaigns with knowledge of what to include in reports showcasing insights 
  • Experience with marketing technology

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or business-related field 
  • Requires 5+ years of relevant professional experience in content development, brand strategy, consulting, or a related industry 
  • Professional experience developing content strategies across teams, managing creative partners, and experience with the social media landscape 
  • Strong problem solver, resourceful 
  • Ability to work independently, juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines 
  • Ability to translate insights to action 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills 
  • Ability to project manage, especially related to content creation and digital activation 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, relationship builder, positive attitude
