Communications Leadership Program Support 

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate the annual communications plan
  • Coordinate web page maintenance and continuous improvement
  • Create promotional materials and graphic designs for conferences, web sites, and publications
  • Manage media contacts
  • Create content across communication platforms
  • Utilize e-mail marketing system

Technology Leadership and Program Support

  • Manage technology platforms for data, communications, and project management
  • Provide audio and visual support for live and virtual events
  • Utilize appropriate technologies to maximize member services
  • Research new technologies, systems, and software

Office Operations

  • Act to foster teamwork and high morale among all staff
  • Implement/execute data plans including the use of metrics for service improvement



  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree


  • Strong technology interest/skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication across platforms including newsletters, social media, and video
  • Proficient in technology for graphic/website design, data representation, and communications (software currently used: MS Office especially Excel, Google Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, membership database software, Content Management System)
