PURPOSE:

This position supports the External Relations Department through organization, smart prospecting and accountability. This position will support the execution of the Client Relations (sales) plans to reach Youth Frontiers annual retreat sales goal and provide logistical and administrative support to the Director, Client Relations Representatives and Programs Project Manager.This position is also in charge of lead generation through trade shows, community-wide marketing retreats and other critical projects. Finally, this position manages the data integrity of our school database to ensure reps have the most up-to-date information regarding the contacts in their territories.

AT MINIMUM, YOU HAVE...

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; 
  • 2+ years of work experience in a related office coordinator, customer service, and/or assistant position; 
  • Strong relationship-building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders; 
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining excellent attention to detail; 
  • A successful track record in setting priorities; keen analytic, organization, project and problem-solving skills that support and enable sound decision-making; 
  • High proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Mac computers, Google and database experience (preferably Salesforce and FileMaker Pro).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree; 
  • Experience working with schools, educators, and school administrators.

CLASSIFICATION: Non-exempt, 24 - 29/hours per week.
