WoW Studios is the next generation of advertising, storytelling, and experience for brands like KitchenAid, Whirlpool, JennAir, Maytag, Amana, and more. With support from executive leadership, using the latest digital marketing tools, and empowering award-winning marketing teams and talent, we’re elevating Whirlpool Corporation through investing in creativity and improving consumers’ lives inside millions of homes.

WoW Studios is committed to increasing the total output of campaigns, content, design, experiences, and digital innovation across all consumer touchpoints (film, social, digital, experiential, etc).

WoW Studios is located in the historicReid Murdoch Buildingat the edge of Chicago’s Riverwalk and at Whirlpool’s Global Headquarters in Benton Harbor, MI.

In this role, you will concept and execute a range of ideas rooted in shopper marketing that support the consumer's path to purchasing a product across our entire portfolio of brands. Projects may include, but are not limited to:

  • Content/Commerce go-to-market idea platforms 
  • Product videos for new and existing products 
  • Message managers detailing product features and benefits 
  • Social content 
  • Post-purchase content 
  • Retailer-specific programs

You will master each brand’s strategy and style guide, and a deep understanding of consumer decision journey insights, to create compelling product stories that are optimized across the path to purchase. You thrive on solving a variety of creative challenges, are a student of the craft and tirelessly push for the best creative output.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate closely with creative teams and with key brand partners to support the development of creative content that meets brand strategy and drives action. 
  • Bring creative ideas to life across a wide scope of projects and through a variety of digital and social touchpoints. 
  • Be a maestro of words to help drive the brand voice forward and realize the creative vision by writing and developing content for multichannel campaigns. 
  • Participate in the production of creative assets across the Consumer Decision Journey. 
  • Develop a deep knowledge of the brand, the category and the future of home care to apply across all work. 
  • Articulate creative intent to others and proactively coordinate with partners and stakeholders to bring ideas to life. 
  • Participate in a collaborative working environment across creative disciplines and across the agency. 
  • Be a good human being who brings passion for the work and compassion for teammates.

Minimum requirements:

  • ~2+ years of digital experience and content creation for established brands 
  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Experience in an agency or in-house agency setting

Preferred skills and experiences:

  • Bachelor’s degree in creative field 
  • Able to accept feedback to continually improve work 
  • Problem-solving mentality; self-motivated and strong intuition about brand development and execution 
  • Collaborative, generous team player, ready to share ideas and willing to build on the ideas of others 
  • Ability to collaborate with teams to facilitate and achieve business goals 
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize a concept from idea to execution
