Job Summary:

This position crafts copy for internal and external stakeholders, as well as helping execute brand design for those same audiences. Will be responsible for assisting in the design of social media posts and sales presentations, as well as writing blog posts. Will learn and partner with internal departments and teams, with exposure to all aspects of the business from the inside out.

Core Duties:

  • Focus on narratively and visually telling stories to B2C and B2B audiences through print, digital and video media 
  • Provide a creative and and efficient ways to get ATI messages out to our various audiences.
  • Engage our customer base with external marketing campaigns, supporting Sales initiatives with business partners, and grow our team member base through internal communications. 
  • Work with internal and external partners to help execute a cohesive design strategy that tells the right stories to the right audiences, while also helping unify all work beneath the ATI parent brand. 
  • Gain exposure to all aspects of the integrated marketing process, from brand storytelling, content strategy, brainstorming and development to hands-on design, video/audio production and more. 
  • Embrace mentorship from seasoned marketing professionals while also proposing new ways of thinking and working. 
  • Grow personal portfolio and further develop skills while learning how a successful integrated marketing campaign is executed and measured.

Minimum Education:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism, or related field.

Minimum Experience:


  • Internship providing exposure and experience related to the core duties of the job. 
  • Experience writing impactful copy for advertising and marketing, journalism or related discipline. 
  • Proficient and up to date with industry leading software and technologies (Adobe CC: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat etc.). 
  • Proficient in print and digital design, video and animation. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 
  • Knowledge/experience in file output and preparation for print.


  • 1-2 years’ professional experience.

  • A team player, willing to pick up the slack where needed. 
  • Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas to internal/external clients.
