As a copywriter at Colle McVoy, you’ll be responsible for bringing the conceptual heat in everything you touch – could be a new campaign or a content series or could be dreaming up a killer experience. As a writer at Colle McVoy, you’ll not only pair with art directors but also designers, creative technologist, pr experts and even creative media people from time to time. This position requires someone who can write well in a variety of tones and voices, loves culture, has a healthy curiosity about technology and likes to make a variety of things (we believe brands are not just what they say but what they make and do).   • Contribute to the accurate definition of project scope, estimates and timelines 
  • Develop creative concepts and copy for a wide range of initiatives 
  • Establish tone and copy style to appropriately reflect brand positioning 
  • Write short and long format copy as appropriate to meet project’s marketing and communication objectives

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or ad school credentials or equivalent industry experience 
  • 3 or more years of experience copywriting 
  • Ability to aggregate mass amounts of content to determine what is appropriate based on the project’s objectives and how it should best be presented 
  • Ability to decipher and integrate a variety of inputs including copy and data 
  • Solid skill set in writing persuasive, informative and directional copy 
  • Strong cognitive skills - including problem solving, decision making and analysis
