We’re an All-Inclusive television advertising agency with our home base in Minneapolis. However, you can work from anywhere that works for you including cities like Chicago, Atlanta, New York, Austin, Phoenix, and more.


Our growing team seeks a creative wordsmith who’s hungry to develop disruptive TV concepts and bring them to life for national brands. Your ideas will separate our clients from the pack, elevate brands to new heights of memorability and help them to truly own their category.

This role's responsibilities include:

  • Writing category-busting TV concepts that speak to a wide range of audiences and an even wider range of industries.
  • Seamlessly immersing into a brand’s voice and leveraging it effectively.
  • Collaborating with the creative director and larger team to produce concepts on-time and within-budget.
  • Self-managing your time while working on multiple campaigns.
  • Willingness to learn from our 20+ years of experience measuring ad performance

  • 5 years of agency experience in advertising copywriting 
  • Strong presentation skills 
  • TV experience a plus
