Department Overview:

The global digital campaigns marketing team is responsible for the management, measurement, lead flow and tracking of robust B2B marketing strategies and tactics supporting the business and sales objectives for the company. The digital campaigns team drives all campaigns, demand generation and marketing programs across the key vertical markets Motorola Solutions serves.

The Digital Campaigns Marketing Copywriter is responsible for crafting B2B customer-facing content for a range of value-adding digital marketing assets: whitepapers, eBooks, solution briefs, buying guides, landing pages, email, social media, digital display, and more. The Digital Campaigns Marketing Copywriter will execute and see ideas through from concept/outline to execution with direction from Digital Campaign Marketing Managers, Solutions Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and other subject matter experts.

Working collaboratively with the broader global digital campaigns marketing team, this position will support digital marketing initiatives across the globe by crafting the critical content necessary to bring digital marketing campaigns to life. Seeking someone who possesses a passion for writing with the ability to perfect copy both in long form and short form text, ability to research and execute on a brief given by subject matter experts across the company, and is ready to spearhead new content development initiatives in an exciting and rewarding team environment.


  • Concept, write and produce value adding B2B end-user facing content for a range of digital assets: whitepapers, eBooks, solution briefs, buying guide, landing pages, email, social media, digital display, and more. 
  • See new copy through from concept to execution by working directly with members of the digital campaigns marketing team and seeking opportunities to research and learn more about the products, industries being written about through collaboration with internal and external subject matter experts. 
  • Prepare copy in a format that abides by the Motorola Solutions brand narrative while ensuring best practices for creating content for various mediums is maintained. 
  • Become confident and well-versed in Motorola Solutions products, services, and customer needs 
  • Innovate creative copy produced by identifying and executing on the latest industry trends, approaches, and techniques.


  • 2+ years experience working as a marketing copywriter or producing B2B marketing copy 
  • B.A. in Journalism, Marketing/Advertising, Business, Creative Writing, or English preferred 
  • Portfolio of work demonstrating ability to conceive ideas and write various content types for different B2B audiences, across all digital marketing platforms. 
  • Demonstrated project management skills and proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, confident in ability to write online copy and transaction oriented product detail descriptions 
  • Go-getter with the mindset to take ownership and drive results with a proactive approach to problem identification and resolution

Basic Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing copywriting, producing B2B marketing copy, marketing communications, or content writing
