Copywriter

About the Role:

As a contract copywriter at Revel, you’ll be an integral part of the content team with the goal of delivering exceptional member experiences that change the behavior of our client’s consumers. This role requires someone who is able to turn research into compelling copy that motivates people to take action.

You Will:

• Develop content across multiple healthcare brands and clients 
• Use insights from behavioral research and independent research to inform content strategy 
• Collaborate across content team, design, analytics, and implementation team to deliver content that speaks to the member and drives a change in behavior 
• Ensure content meets regulatory requirements 
• Manage multiple projects at once

You Are:

• An expert in multi-channel communication strategies and tactics: Email, Interactive voice scripting and SMS 
• An expert in consumer-facing writing 
• A consumer experience thinker/problem solver 
• Always looking for ways to improve/iterate on member experiences 
• Proactively looking at future programs

You Have:

• An understanding of healthcare communications regulation 
• Excellent organizational skills 
• Project management skills 
• Ability to manage stakeholders 
• Experience working collaborating across teams and, more specifically, with designers 
• Experience following and creating style guides and best practices
