Copywriter

Creative Agency Seeks Skilled Copywriter.

Saturn Lounge is a creative agency hiring a talented copywriter for a full-time position. This copywriter will work closely with creative, marketing, and strategy directors to develop concepts and copy for a wide range of creative assets. Video scripts, ad copy (print and digital), long form website copy, blogs, and a variety of other marketing assets will fall within this copywriter’s purview. A passion for marketing and the creative world will help this copywriter candidate stand out above the competition.

• Create copy for all platforms including but certainly not limited to: web, e-mail, organic and paid social, paid search, print, and video
• Bring a highly creative and imaginative element to our team
• Be incredibly detail oriented
• Work with directors to develop and execute content concepts across all platforms and formats
• Create SEO friendly copy without sacrificing readability
• Work to translate concepts and ideas into digestible content for our clients and their audiences
• Must collaborate well in a team environment
• Strike a balance between the ability to take direction well and be self-motivated, take initiative, etc.
• Attend and contribute to client facing meetings in both discovery and review phases

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience as copywriter (agency experience preferred)
• SEO knowledge a plus (ability to write optimized copy and create meta data) 
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Writing skills are crucial
