Solve is seeking a Copywriter who wants to do remarkable work with us. We’re committed to a hybrid environment, with three days in our downtown Minneapolis office and two at home. (We keep the in-office days fun to compete with your couch, fridge, and dog, cat or turtle.)

Who are we? We’re an independent agency making some noise. Maybe you saw our problem-solving billboard. Or news about our new business. We’ve got momentum on our side, and now we need someone like you.

Speaking of, you’re ambitious, conceptually driven and understand that big ideas work across all mediums. You have a strong portfolio and some production experience. You love the craft of copywriting and bringing ideas to life. You’re highly collaborative and enjoy an environment where creativity isn’t limited to one department. And you’re seeking strong, empathetic mentorship to help define your career path.


  • You love coming up with innovative ways to solve challenges 
  • You’re equally in love with the craft of bringing those ideas to life, and the writing in your book reflects it 
  • You have experience in everything from video to social media and a good grasp of pop culture 
  • You’re comfortable (or getting comfortable) presenting work internally 
  • You want to be pushed and challenged and will push and challenge us in return 
  • You play well with others, and don’t mind sharing your ideas —because we’re all about it 
  • You’re good at juggling the virtual WFH environment, bouncing between Teams and chat and Keynote and whatever comes next 
  • You remain cool, calm and collected under pressure and bring positive energy and enthusiasm 
  • Introvert, extrovert, or textrovert, you hope to bring your real self to work
  • 2-4 years of experience in an agency environment 
  • Distinctive writing style and versatility in crafting brand personality, from comedic to heartfelt 
  • Ability and desire to bring lots of conceptual ideas to the table, from broadcast and traditional media to social and experiential. 
  • Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite a plus 
  • Knowledge of Keynote a strong plus, we use Keynote cloud collaboration daily
