We are looking to expand the communication team of our global Enablon business. Enablon is the #1 provider of Risk, EHS and Sustainability management software. Hundreds of industry leading enterprises and millions of users worldwide rely on the Enablon solutions to minimize risks, increase worker safety, prevent incidents from happening and achieve regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the communications strategy and programs to consistently and effectively raise awareness and engagement with external stakeholders, through public relations, branding, crisis communication and thought leadership content creation 
  • Monitor key media outlets for public relations opportunities and actively pitch press on topics that advance awareness of Wolters Kluwer Enablon in US market 
  • Help ensure consistency of messaging to our global team and align Enablon’s internal communication to advance and support divisional and corporate communication project and initiatives 
  • Support the incident management team developing communication materials 
  • Partner with other functions to provide guidance and support on key initiatives, including creating content
  • A minimum of five years of both strategic and operational experience driving outcome-oriented communications programs that advance employee engagement and business performance; preferably within software or technology businesses
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to travel 25% both domestically and internationally
