Corporate Communications & Brand Specialist

Our Corporate Communications and Brand Specialist is responsible for the writing and support of internal and external communications and the day-to-day management of the Constellation portfolio of brands. This role will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and work in close collaboration with the Strategic Communications Manager, the Senior Digital Marketing Analyst, and Business Operations.

You will be responsible for:

  • Internal communications including writing team member announcements and accomplishments, editing board presentations, creating product and technology enhancement news and editing new team member onboarding presentations 
  • External communications including writing social media posts and email campaigns, drafting and posting press releases, editing and enhancing executive-level presentations 
  • Maintaining cross-functional expertise of how products and services shall be communicated to both internal and external audiences 
  • Upholding professional brand guidelines and ensuring adherence to guidelines across all communications and audiences to support a consistent and cohesive brand voice 
  • Monitoring and reporting on competitive branding programs and new product/service introductions

You will have:

  • Both internal and external communications experience 
  • Experience with brand standards and guidelines 
  • Depth of writing and editing experience 
  • Professional PowerPoint experience 
  • Proficiency in Word 
  • Multi-channel social media experience 
  • Proficiency with the Adobe Acrobat suite



  • Bachelors or better in Communication or related field.
