The role:

The Corporate Communications Associate will support the broader communications team primarily on internal communication efforts, including drafting and sending emails, managing the company intranet, and coordinating multichannel employee communications. Qualified candidates should have in-depth knowledge of modern communications tools and the Microsoft suite, as well as the ability to think strategically about how the communications function continues to evolve and serve employees. The Communications Associate will also help coordinate, draft, and review public relations and other externally facing materials.

  • Manage corporate intranet (SharePoint), frequently collaborating with stakeholders across the organization. Alongside this, overseeing the corporate calendar within SharePoint. 
  • Oversee the corporate communications calendar - drafting, proofreading, and sending emails to a variety of audiences. 
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to support their communication needs. 
  • Project manage communications team workload and activity. 
  • Other relevant communications support.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in communications or related field 
  • Experience with corporate communications, public relations, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Microsoft platforms, especially SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint 
  • PR/media knowledge and experience 
  • Project management experience 
  • Visual design skills and experience with tools like Canva 
  • Multimedia creation/editing skills
