We are looking for a creative storyteller to help us communicate them! As the Corporate Communications Lead, you will help foster a positive team member experience through the delivery of consistent messages that create awareness, engagement, and activation around our top business priorities. This includes writing and editing communications in a variety of formats - from stories to videos to remarks - for an array of channels. You'll also help others succeed by supporting your team in creating communication plans, maintaining editorial calendars, and managing tools that help lead our content efforts. As a communications lead, you will also wear a brand ambassador hat by crafting culture messages that engage our existing team members and attract top talent. You will really shine in this role if you have experience working with a content planning team and a passion for partnering with teams to ensure that internal communications are consistent with our external messages.

Some things you can expect to do:

  • Assist with the development and implementation of communications plans 
  • Create content for multiple internal and external communication vehicles 
  • Lead communication process for company-wide initiatives, such as promotion and new hire announcements; corporate updates; recognition programs; and corporate strategy updates 
  • Support leaders with writing and other enterprise-wide communications 
  • Develop and manage consistent communication formats, tools, and standards for company-wide communications

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with an exceptional attention to detail. You should have the ability to grasp and interpret highly complex concepts and present them for a general business audience. The ability to adapt content to reflect brand messaging while maintaining consistent voice and editorial style is required. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
