In the Corporate Communication Manager position, you’ll help us evolve our internal and external corporate communication strategy and drive brand awareness, growth, and expansion across our target markets - and of course, keep us ahead of the competition! You will also get to work across all levels and departments of our organization to identify unique value propositions and develop our cross-market and cross-channel corporate brand campaign roadmap. The right person for this role will be a skillful strategist, creative and collaborative writer that’s passionate about creating innovative brand campaigns that drive results!
Competencies & Skills Needed:
- Delivers creative and polished written communications, including the ability to weave storytelling and human-centered, inclusive language into messaging to personalize the narrative and capture Direct Supply’s unique culture and values.
- Proven ability to develop a corporate brand vision and strategy, translate it into actionable initiatives and drive successful delivery.
- Ability to work in a matrixed environment and build trusted relationships across a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Leverages and draws insights from customer data and market research to inform strategies and data-driven decisions.
- Projects a strong executive presence with the ability to present ideas, make recommendations, provide rationale for strategy direction, and advise senior leaders and executives on communications.
- Prioritizes effectively and can manage competing priorities and deliver within defined timelines while also ensuring strong attention to detail and consistent updates are provided where needed.
- Ability to work independently, exercise discretion and use experience, common sense and judgment to solve complex issues and problems.
- Ability to lead the work and participate in doing the work to demonstrate next-level thinking.
