What You Do.

Create, implement and enhance communications initiatives for business partners

Manage content development for the company intranet, corporate blog, recruitment social media channels, which includes but is not limited to writing and posting content and generating new content ideas to support company initiatives

Write, produce and disseminate communications such as key messages, internal videos, scripts, Q&As, memos and promotional materials in support of developed communication plans

Develop strong working relationships with business partners to craft meaningful, understandable communications based on audience needs

Ensure that internal communications reflect the voice, tone and culture of the organization

Oversee digital signage to engage and inform colleagues around the company’s mission, values, activities and milestones

Assist with other communications-related work as needed and other duties as assigned

Your Education and Experience.

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English or related field required

1-3 years of experience developing and executing corporate and/or internal communications preferred

Your Qualifications.

Experience working collaboratively on communications initiatives from conception to execution

Strong writing, editing and copy writing skills to AP Style; previous writing/editing experience in corporate communications, employee communications, PR or journalism or related fields required

Must pay attention to detail and be a self-starter, with the ability to check grammar and facts and figures for accuracy, as well as manage the approval process

Exceptional storytelling skills and ability to demonstrate creativity

Ability to carry a significant writing and project workload

Experience in digital photography

Proven written and oral communications skills, including the ability to convey complex subject matter in an understandable and interesting style

Strong project management skills and ability to work under deadline

Great interpersonal and persuasive skills needed, especially the ability to develop relationships both internally and externally

Highly developed MS Office Suite skills, especially Word and PowerPoint

Experience with video production and presentation software is helpful but not required
