Mission:

The Corporate Communications Specialist will run day-to-day operations of Stir, Beam Suntory’s employee global intranet site, populating the homepage with news stories from around the world, and across functions, including Global Supply Chain, HR, IT and more. This individual will also be responsible for Stir Straight Up, the company’s global employee weekly newsletter.

Reporting directly to the Senior Corporate Communications Director, and working closely with the Corporate Communications Manager, this person will also coordinate content for Beam Suntory’s internal and external channels, assisting in content creation across Beam Suntory’s owned channels, including BeamSuntory.com, and corporate social media. As a member of the Corporate Communications team, the Specialist will also develop employee communications on an as-needed basis.

A skilled writer and communicator, this individual will be adept at managing multiple, competing deadlines, and possess a positive, “can-do” attitude, willing to roll up his/her sleeves to support broader team priorities, including Global Town Halls, and employee recognition programs, and Suntory Holdings communications initiatives, as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills required. 
  • Working knowledge of social media. 
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Suite, and Sharepoint. 
  • Experience maintaining websites preferred.
