Position Details

Corporate Communications Specialist
Southeast Wisconsin
Kenosha, WI

Jockey is seeking a Corporate Communications Specialist to join our Marketing team!

This position will develop and implement a holistic corporate communications strategy by sourcing, writing and publishing exciting and creative concepts and executing them across multiple channels.

This position will be located at our corporate headquarters in Kenosha, WI (between Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI area).


  • Bring forward ideas and concepts to bring Jockey’s employment culture to life. 
  • Absorb and process complex issues and create innovative solutions to address business needs. 
  • Nurture and promote the Jockey brand across employee communication channels, working closely with our Marketing and Human Resources teams. 
  • Work closely with Human Resources to write and update content related to the employment brand. 
  • Ensure that all programs and deliverables align with business objectives and promote the employment brand through key themes and messages. 
  • Work with business leaders to accurately portray messages through desired medium and channels. 
  • Act as key point of contact for company presentations and demonstrate timely communication with respective individuals. 
  • Collaborate with business teams to ensure alignment and support of core strategies and initiatives and ensure consistency of messaging. 
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels. 
  • Through clear messaging, foster a sense of community within Jockey. 
  • Potential to define, measure and report success metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. 
  • Manage Jockey’s intranet page by generating content and maximizing functionality.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or similar area of study 
  • 3-5 years of Corporate Communications experience 
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities 
  • Strong writing and editing skills and the ability to work collaboratively 
  • Ability to create content through different mediums to build the employee experience 
  • Experience working with individual across various departments and stakeholders to build seamless messaging and brand strategies 
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter, ability to learn and adapt 
  • Critical thinker with a passion for continuous improvement 
  • Graphic design capabilities and experience with the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite 
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
