The Corporate Communications Specialist supports the Corporate Communications efforts for both internal and external communications through PowerPoint and Social media expertise. Has direct management responsibilities for some of the internal communications responsibilities and assists with others.

Responsibilities:

Manage and act as the resident expert for the promotional review system software tool (Veeva PromoMats). Input all materials for review into the system and manage their journey through the process. Prepare final materials for production, working closely with Marketing Operations Specialist and Product Management, as required. Work with Sales Operations to enhance the system and manage regular updates. Produce creative and impactful PowerPoint presentations. Serve as the resident PowerPoint expert for creating corporate presentations. Work with internal writer to create and post all content for corporate and brand social media platforms. Monitors external interactions and manages the reporting and metrics for each vehicle. Manage, create and monitor corporate intranet site. Work with cross- functional teams to manage and monitor all content on the site. Manage, create and monitor other internal communications systems: Visual Information System and all company emails. Maintain corporate photography and digital asset library. Manage media placement for both brands and corporate. Manages the DPRT review process tool and acts as the main role for in-putting materials into the system and for the management of these materials throughout their life cycle.

Requirements:

A BA/BS in communications, marketing or related field and 4 + years in a related field such aspublic relations, marketing, or communications. Experience developing, writing and editing content for all internal and external marketing communications. Strong organizational and time/task management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities. Demonstrates a high attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Advanced PowerPoint is required.

Other Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

Healthcare or Pharma experience preferred. Ability to quickly shift priorities as required. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with a variety of people and thrive in a dynamic atmosphere. Ability to present to all levels of the organization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
