Primarily responsible for working within Cvent - event software management tool - including event creation, management, reporting, monitoring, compliance review, approval and record-keeping of all events. Collaborates with SalesForce Manager and Marketing Department to maintain basic Cvent functionality. Support and assist with executing client appreciation events and internal meetings that support all lines of business as needed. Manage webinar production and coordination working with Go To Webinar and Microsoft Teams. Responsible for event metrics, invoicing, budgeting, surveying and oversight of Third Party Management. Must possess a practical understanding of how client appreciation events, internal meetings, and events support the business at an industry and market level, and quickly identify opportunities within the company and marketplace. In addition, develop and maintain strong relationships within the targeted group of constituents, including business line support team, front line colleagues, and internal partners including Salesforce, Compliance, Third Party Management and Marketing Services.
