Position Overview:

The Corporate Partnerships Gameday Intern will assist the Corporate Partnerships department in the execution of sponsorship activation and client fulfillment during the Fall 2025 season. This role provides hands-on experience in the sports business industry, with a focus on partnership activation, event execution, and customer service in a live event environment.

This position is ideal for students pursuing a career in sports management, marketing, or business who are looking to gain valuable, behind-the-scenes experience with a professional sports team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in set-up, execution, and tear-down of all corporate partnership activations on the concourse and in-arena.
  • Ensure sponsorship signage, promotions, and activations are executed according to contractual agreements.
  • Support on-ice or in-game promotional activities tied to sponsor activations.
  • Assist in escorting and hosting sponsor guests during games.
  • Provide excellent customer service to corporate partners and fans during activations.
  • Serve as an on-site point of contact for activations as directed by Corporate Partnerships staff.
  • Document activations with photos, notes, and recaps to support proof-of-performance reporting.
  • Assist with special events tied to sponsorship (community events) as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with game presentation, marketing, and ticketing departments to ensure seamless execution.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the Corporate Partnerships department.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with fans, clients, and staff.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled game days require.
  • Previous experience in sports, events, or customer service is a plus.

Compensation:

This internship is a paid position at a rate of $10/hour. In addition, students may be eligible to receive college credit for their participation in the internship program, depending on their academic institution’s requirements.
