As a key member of Regal Ware’s leadership team, the Corporate Vice President, Marketing will report directly to the Sr. VP, Sales and Marketing and be responsible for developing Regal Ware’s structure, approach, experiences through digital marketing platforms, and enhancing the customer/consumer experience through brand, product and service interfaces. Successful outcomes include clearly differentiated brand positions and integrated marketing strategies for Regal Ware in support of its strategic direction and its division’s go-to-market strategies. The position will lead a lean team at corporate to deliver the marketing strategy and oversee marketing service/operational functions.

The position will work collaboratively with the division Presidents and key functional leaders to help integrate and support the marketing strategies as well as talent and processes for all Marketing disciplines. This will include Branding, Product Management, eCommerce, Advertising and PR, Social Media, Creative, Visual, Customer/Consumer Insights and Analytics.
The Corporate Vice President, Marketing will deliver innovative approaches for lead generation strategies and processes to the divisions that strengthen brand engagement, positively impact sales, while growing and retaining the customer base, thereby increasing the overall profitability of the company.
