Responsible for leading tactical campaigns and initiatives, and managing day-to-day project needs within the internal creative agency. Manages the evaluation of new requested initiatives for the business lines they support. Defines project scope, develops timelines, and assesses internal agency prioritization. Guides the use of account management process and tools. Drives process optimization and improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the evaluation process of new project requests for the business lines they support. Determines project scope, develops timelines, assesses project needs, and prioritizes initiatives. Ensures assignments are clear to the appropriate resources are assigned. 
  • Manages business lines, campaigns, and projects from conception to implementation. Leads project kick-offs, reviews creative work, provides feedback, and manages reviews with the business. Ensures assets are managed and delivered on strategy, with accuracy and on-time delivery. 
  • Core point of contact for assigned business lines and link between the agency and the business. Responsible for managing relationships, understanding assigned business line goals, priorities, and strategies. 
  • Establishes and drives best practices, processes, and project management tools. Drives adherence within department and with all business partners. Identifies optimizations and improvements to processes, procedures, and tools. 
  • Evaluates and aligns initiatives with forecasted work, business priorities, and understands the demand and capacity of department resources. 
  • Manages business and agency prioritization for the lines of business they support. Tracks business allocations, understands current business priorities, and recommends action to management.

Minimum Qualifications:

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

  • Associate's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 
  • 0 years of experience in Project Management 
  • In lieu of a degree, 2+ years of experience in Project Management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 
  • 1+ years of experience in Project Management
