Position Overview:

As a Creative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the brand team by planning and overseeing a variety of marketing and brand initiatives, ensuring proper coordination between cross-functional teams.

DOING – What you deliver:

  • Work with creative, brand experience, and marketing to set timelines, develop project plans/schedules, and negotiate deadlines
  • Manage and track project costs to ensure work is completed within budget
  • Work with the Creative Director to traffic and resource incoming creative requests, forecasting and managing workloads of the creative team and agency partners while setting and managing expectations around resource availability
  • Assign and monitor tasks within Wrike, project management software and make adjustments as needed
  • Coordinate and schedule kickoff meetings with creative team and ensure all necessary materials needed have been collected and are available. 
  • Coordinate and schedule review meetings with key stakeholders and route creative for approval 
  • Assist with quality assurance to ensure all required files have been received from external partners and are accurate
  • Assist with issues and questions as they arise and act as a liaison within and across a variety of internal departments
  • Manage external partner relationships and assist in problem-solving as it relates to third-party relationships including managing contracts with vendors ad suppliers and communicating expected deliverables. 
  • Assist with implementing, tracking, and maintaining contracts
  • Manage production of lifestyle and product photoshoots including scheduling and coordinating with the internal brand, product, and store teams, in addition to external stylists, agencies, photographers, talent, etc. 
  • Contribute to and assist with department process development and implementation .

Education/Training/Experience:

Required:

  • 2+ years experience with office management (creative/marketing or advertising agency strongly preferred) 
  • Previous experience working with internal creative teams and external agencies including basic knowledge of creative projects and processes including print, digital and consumer goods/packaging applications 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) 
  • Highly organized and skilled with multitasking and communication. 
  • Familiar with project management tools and workflows

Preferred:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in management, business, marketing, communications, graphic design, or other relevant field 
  • Experience in retail/food & beverage/QSR industry
