We are looking for someone that is highly creative in their leadership style, has strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with and lead a diverse team, vendors and partners. The ideal candidate has examples of how they have disrupted the norm.
In this position, the Creative Director also oversees the brand standards of Aparium and our hotels. He or she leads the art direction and design of brand collateral, website maintenance, and new property materials.
Additional Responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain graphic standards and brand guidelines for the Aparium and hotel brands for internal associates and external partners
- Develop and influence hotel collateral
- Manage the creative budget to ensure all activities fall within scope
- Stay on top of creative and graphics trends; share recommendations with team
- Manage creative agencies as opportunities arise
