As the Creative Director, you will work closely with the creative team and marketing department to deliver engaging creative that meets the expectations of our clients. You should be extremely creative, dedicated, and possess excellent story-telling, concepting, design, copywriting and management skills.

It’s essential that the Creative Director have stellar communication, presentation, problem-solving and project-management skills. The best creative directors have elevated soft skills that enable them to inspire creativity and work well with different personality types — all while juggling various projects.

  • Deliver fresh thinking and innovative creative solutions and relevant, motivating creative
  • Synthesize information from a variety of sources to inform creative strategy and create clear, useful, and experiences and campaigns
  • Manage the creative process from concept to completion
  • Lead and direct the creative team in the production of all marketing collateral
  • Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met
  • Contribute to sales pitches and sell-in winning, strategic concepts that produce new business
  • Report departmental profitability, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
  • Meet with clients or upper management to explain campaign strategies and solutions
  • Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams
  • Remain actively involved in hiring and training creative staff
  • Manage and cultivate the career development of staff members, including designers, art directors, copywriters, photographers and web developers
  • 4-6 years in Creative Director role
  • Senior-level marketer
  • Success in Creative and Brand development
  • Experience working across multiple professional disciplines and levels
  • Hands-on experience in creating and executing integrated B2B marketing plans including:
    - Concepting
    - Copywriting
    - Brand Development
    - Digital and Print
    - Advertising and PR-
    - Video planning and creation
