Margle Media is searching for independent, assertive problem solver who is not afraid to take responsibility for decisions. Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment and be adaptive to changing needs.

Job Summary 

Looking for an exciting creative leadership position for a wide range of brands and businesses? At Margle Media, we believe in the art of creativity and the science of results. This position will be responsible for co-directing our Creative Department while maintaining a very hands-on approach to content creation. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Ideation, development and direction for video, static and animated content on behalf of assigned clients.
  • Development and management of creative production plans.
  • Authoritative presentation of creative strategy and tactics to existing and potential clients.
  • Worki with Operations, Creative Department and Account / Traffic Management to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Develop and maintain positive client relationships and positioning Margle as the creative thought leaders in the industry.
  • Incorporate client look, tone, feel into content while ensuring that content is platform-specific.
  • Ensure creative quality control for all aspects of Creative Department work product.
  • Manage assigned team members.
  • Understand and incorporate the client style guide into various platforms to ensure that the client is represented in accordance with their guidelines while developing creative that is platform specific.
  • Continuous improvement of department by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information on our client’s behalf.
  • Manage multiple clients in various markets.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • 5-7 years’ progressive experience in either agency or client-side creative setting
  • Experience working with and managing Creative staff 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Advertising and marketing principles knowledge
  • Adobe Suite mastery
  • Competency in all aspects of videography, photography, digital animation and graphic design
  • Creative and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
